Prop 17: Stream Rewards Funding¶
Warning
This is a proposal to fund a new Stream Rewards category from the Community Wallet. This will not be implemented unless the community approves it through a governance vote.
Preamble¶
Etherscape is building a Stream Rewards system that rewards both streamers and viewers during Twitch streams. This proposal asks the community to decide how that system should be funded from the Community Wallet.
Current State¶
The Community Wallet currently pays out 3% of its balance weekly across three categories, each receiving 1%:

Proposed Change¶
This proposal adds a fourth category — Stream Rewards — while keeping the total weekly payout unchanged at 3%. Each category is reduced from 1% to 0.75%:

To offset the redistribution from existing categories, the development team will make a one-time deposit of 50,000 ENJ to the Community Wallet.
Voting Options¶
Option 1 — Yes¶
Add Stream Rewards at 0.75% and reduce the other three categories to 0.75% each, with a one-time 50,000 ENJ team deposit to the Community Wallet.
Option 2 — No¶
Keep the current reward structure unchanged at 1% per category with no Stream Rewards.
Option 3 — Abstain¶
Choose not to vote on this proposal but remain eligible for participation rewards.

- Voting opens: May 23, 2026
- Voting closes: May 28, 2026
- Voting power: 1 vote per Imperial Sovereign token held
- Participation reward: 2,000 ENJ distributed among all voters
Why Stream Rewards?¶
Stream Rewards are designed to grow the Etherscape player base by incentivizing Twitch streamers and their viewers. Every stream becomes an onboarding opportunity — viewers who participate in reward drops are guided to link wallets and join the game. Funding this category from the Community Wallet ensures that stream rewards are sustainable and community-backed.
