Etherscape participates in the Enjin Multiverse Quests every month. These quests allow you to earn Enjin Multiverse items which have utility in Etherscape as well as many other games.
While the Multiverse Quest is active, Multiverse Rifts will spawn randomly in quests. When you approach these rifts, they will release Rift Dweller faction enemies. You must kill all the enemies in order to close the rift.
Once the rift is closed, it will have a chance to drop a Rift Key. You can use the Rift Key in order to open a quest beyond the rift and take on the Rift Dwellers in their own domain.
Rift Dweller enemies that can be found from random rifts or by using a rift key will drop Multiverse Essence. Collecting as much Multiverse Essence as possible is your goal during the event. The more you have, the higher you will rank on the Leaderboard resulting in better rewards.
The "Beyond the Rift" world event will trigger once every 2 hours while the multiverse quest is live. It is designed for a team of 5 players and will spawn at multiple difficulty levels. The higher the level the better the rewards for the players.
In this event, you will go beyond the rift to face off against the Rift Overlord. The overlord has the power to open up minor rifts which will cause enemies to pour into the level and overwhelm you. If you do not kill them fast enough, the overload with syphon their souls into himself to gain health. Prepare yourself for the most challenging content in the Etherscape yet!
Players will collect Multiverse Essence as a sign of their efforts to fight back the rifts. The more essence a player holds, the higher they will rank on the new multiverse leaderboard. The leaderboard will be refreshed hourly with the latest holdings per player
The rewards that can be earned during the event are displayed at the bottom of the leadeboard window. Each event has it's own unique reward. The best rewards are given to the players at the top of the leaderboard.
The events run every month starting from the 1st day of the month starting at UTC 00:01 and close at the end of the day on the 15th at UTC 23:59. After the event, the leaderboard will be frozen and participants rank will be determined. Rewards will be sent out as an airdrop to players wallets sometime in the following week.
The event is reset each month removing all Multiverse Essence and Rift Keys from players accounts so that everyone has a fair start.
