Streaming and Video Legal Permission

The Etherscape team hereby authorizes the streaming of gameplay that incorporates images, video, music and sound effects from the game. This authorization also extends to the monetization of such streams. Additionally, the Etherscape team permits the use of the content captured from the game in gameplay videos that are shared on platforms such as YouTube. However, the content captured from the game must not be used for any other purposes than streaming or gameplay related video production. In particular, it must not be incorporated into other projects that are unrelated to The Etherscape, such as being used in other games.
